Data Deletion
Pleum Perspective handles verified deletion requests for Auto Chat. This process covers data associated with interactions on a supported social platform.
How to submit a request
- Email developer@pleumperspective.com with the subject “Auto Chat Data Deletion”.
- State the platform, username or page/account involved, approximate interaction date, and related post or campaign if known.
- Do not include your password, one-time code, access token, app secret, or other credential.
Identity verification
We may ask for the minimum additional evidence needed to confirm that you control the relevant account. We will never request a password, one-time code, or platform access token.
What can be deleted
A verified request may cover platform-scoped identifiers, usernames, interaction and event identifiers, stored comment or message payload data, campaign interaction state, follow or delivery state, and related download-token hashes and audit records.
Current process
Auto Chat does not currently provide an automatic deletion button or scheduled deletion job. The operator reviews verified requests and removes associated records manually in dependency order to avoid affecting another user’s records.
We may retain limited records where required for security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. When applicable, we will explain the category and reason. We will confirm the outcome through the email channel used for the verified request.
Platform controls
You may also manage or revoke an app connection in the settings offered by Meta/Instagram or TikTok. Revoking a platform connection does not automatically delete records already held by Auto Chat; use the process above for that request.
