Terms of Service
Service purpose
Auto Chat is a rule-based automation service that helps an authorized account owner manage eligible social comments, private messages, campaign steps, and delivery of configured resources or links.
Automated communication
Some replies are sent automatically and may not be reviewed by a person in real time. A recipient may choose not to respond or open a link. Operators are responsible for campaign wording, destination content, and having an appropriate basis to contact recipients.
Platform authorization
Only accounts controlled by the operator may be connected. Use of Meta/Instagram or TikTok also remains subject to those platforms’ terms, policies, permission scopes, availability, quotas, and review decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or rights-infringing communication; attempt to evade platform limits; submit forged webhook events; attack the service; or expose credentials. Access or a campaign may be suspended to protect users, platforms, or infrastructure.
Links and resources
Campaign links may expire, enforce download limits, or be revoked. Recipients must not bypass those controls or redistribute credentials. External destinations are controlled by their respective operators.
Availability
Auto Chat is an evolving service. Features may be changed, paused, or withdrawn for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, or changes to a third-party platform. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Privacy and ending use
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. A person may stop interacting with a campaign and may submit a verified data-deletion request.
